Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar took notice of Paper Leak Scandal in PPSC & HEC. Because of the Current Issues CM set up the Enquiry Committee. This Committee will be supervised by the Ali Murtaza the CM’s Inspection Team head. “PPSC is a national organization and nobody would be allowed to play with its repute”, CM said.
Previous candidates presented their demands like; cancellation of all tests held recently such as Deputy Accountant, Zialdar, Sub-Inspector Anti-Corruption, Assistant Director, Lecturers, Labor Officers and tests of Punjab Police. Last Week Anti-corruption department arrested one employee of PPSC named Abdullah for his alleged involvement in paper leaking.
The Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) arrested HEC consultant Fahad Ali and the PPSC Regional Director Furqan Ahmed from the Bahawalpur. These two persons are allegedly involved in leaking the question papers, Scholarships details.. Also, ACE arrested the former employee of PPSC who is currently working in Revenue department Multan. One of above arrested employee Fahad had been worked for the NTS as well.

ACE officials said that recent investigation revealed that one computer operator (junior) of PPSC named Waqar Akram responsible for sealing exams paper and transferring the question papers to the candidates through USB drive, GEO News Reported.

“I am performing official engagements from home on a regular basis and no government matter has been put on hold due to his quarantine”, the CM added. Out of the four people arrested in relation to the scandal, two of them are important members of the gang,” ACE officials said.
